Synopsis
Located in the heart of Cork City, the Half Moon Street store is one of Boots Retail Ireland largest in Ireland. A modern building with sales areas over two floors, this store was ideal to evolve the customer experience in both the Health and Beaty departments.
Developing on a beauty led store in London through months of collaboration, discussion and coordination resulted in a premium look and feel interior environment.
The ground floor space was home to the different departments offering of premium fragrances, cosmetics, skincare and haircare brands. The first floor encompassed creating of new consult rooms to support the health and wellbeing departments. World of Hearing launched providing extra services and included a bespoke experience room, a first in Ireland.
